Embracing and leveraging diversity, including generational diversity, has become a strategic imperative for companies aiming to thrive in a competitive marketplace. Generational diversity refers to the presence of multiple generations like Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z, working together in the same organisation.
