SNATIKA has an amazing mix of learners spread across countries, gender & races; all of them have an individual, unique story. We have learners who come from underprivileged backgrounds, to the opulent, self-made entrepreneurs to corporate czars, learners having basic academic background to PhD holders, working with the government, NGOs to large MNCs. But one thing which is common to all of them is the hunger to learn, excel & grow.

Stories have been an integral reflection of all cultures throughout history. They help us connect and relate with one another, explore reality and possibility – or escape from it, share knowledge and wisdom, make sense of our past and present, and shape our future.

They could serve as a means of motivating all those who aspire to tread this path of development & show them the ways and means to achieving goals in spite of difficult situations. This would be a different type of mentoring to professionals though not connected with one another personally, but they perhaps bond through true real life stories.
