Plus, the strategy teams composed of the finest minds from the world’s elite institutions are overseeing all these infrastructures. By all logical measures, our ability to forecast market shifts, consumer behavior, and geopolitical ripples should be at an all-time high.

 

Yet, the data tells a different, more humbling story. "Blue-Chip" strategic forecasts—those million-dollar projections produced by top-tier consultancies and internal "think tanks"—are failing at roughly the same rate they did in 1996 (Source: Milan Zelany, Sage Journal). Whether it is the sudden collapse of a "stable" supply chain or the total rejection of a "guaranteed" product launch, the "smartest rooms in the world" continue to be blindsided by reality. So where does the problem lie?
