Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL) is an academic framework that acknowledges and credits the skills and knowledge gained through non-traditional learning experiences, such as professional certifications and work experience. This approach not only recognizes prior achievements but also provides a clear pathway to advanced academic credentials.
● Access to Higher Education for Experienced Professionals:
SNATIKA’s RPEL process opens the door for mature individuals with substantial work experience to pursue a masters degree, even if their prior learning occurred outside of formal education.
● Broadening Career Prospects Through Qualification Adjustment:
RPEL allows professionals with existing qualifications to broaden their career opportunities by recognizing and formalising their experiential learning, providing a pathway to enhance their academic and professional credentials.
● Credit for Experiential Learning:
For individuals who had started but paused a postgraduate program, the RPEL process enables them to receive credit for their work-based experiences, reducing the time and effort required to complete their Masters.
● Course Waivers for Experienced Students:
SNATIKA provides course waivers for students who demonstrate that their prior learning has equipped them with the necessary skills and knowledge for specific courses. This allows them to focus their efforts on areas where they require additional support and guidance, enhancing the overall learning experience.
SNATIKA offers a diverse range of Masters programs. For more details, please refer to our program offerings here.

In case seats are not available for a particular batch then, you can be placed on a waitlist for that iteration/program date. If a program seat becomes available (e.g. if another participant cancels, transfers to a different date, etc), wait-listed individuals will be contacted on a first-come, first-served basis. You can take early admission to the next drive to avoid such a situation.
To transfer or deferral to a different start date, an enrolled participant can submit a written request to the email: learnersupport@snatika.com. Transfer to the immediate next program start date is allowed free of cost only once. Any further transfer incurs batch transfer charges. Kindly check our terms & conditions section for the updated current charges.
